I recommend this because this is the cheapest and you can reach many people with it. I don’t have any scientific explanation for how efficient this is, but it is not a bad thing if someone does it elegantly within certain limits.
 
Not to mention that phone numbers, addresses or any other kinds of contact don’t matter anymore because nowadays people just simply use Google in case they are looking for something or for somebody. Then why shouldn’t they find you there too?
 
Let’s start with the community media (FindYooour, Google+, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), go to your page and (if you don’t have one, make one!) and write  “ Agent Immobilier Montreal” or the city where you work, the region you are specialized in, into the search engine! What did you find? How many answers did you get? Regardless of the answer, do not hesitate!
 
Cause there are 2 million people registered on Facebook within Montreal and 50 mile radius of it and this is just Facebook.
 
Go ahead, board the Facebook or Twitter or anyone of them or every one of them. The best is if we cast the seeds of our businesses everywhere and they’ll slowly grow into fruit bearing trees.
 
The only thing you have to do is to sign in once a couple of days or weekly and you comment on the entries, share some funny videos and of course try, to have as many friends or followers as possible (that’s the point!!!)
