Offer guarantee!

I’ve never heard any agent offering guarantee (if you know someone like this, please tell me about him/her, I’d like to shake his hand!).

When I started to rearrange my business, I took a look around the market and I’ve noticed that in my city there isn’t one home inspector who offers guarantee. That’s when I decided that I’ll be the first one.
 
How many agents offer guarantee?

Let yourself be the first one, or one of the first ones!
 
Be careful how you formulate the terms of your guarantee; don’t promise things you cannot keep! Be careful of course, don’t hide away if they call you to account!
 
Take responsibility and fulfill what you’ve promised in your ad. Describe the event in writing, have your dissatisfied client sign it and upload it to your website. People (at least those who don’t think that businessmen are all like superman) will appreciate that you take responsibility for your mistakes.
 
This is a great way to gain people’s trust. Just watch how all the firms that have already realised the power of this method, use it! The TV-shop also uses it, and do you know how many people send back their products? Only 3% of the buyers are dissatisfied! … But you have gained 97% happy clients!
