What is the difference between Under Construction and New Construction?

Generally a new construction listing on Findyooour.com means the house is not yet under construction. You buy it from the real estate agent or builder and the home is then built from you based on your choice of package. Under Construction means it is already under construction based on a set plan to be purchased for occupation upon completion.
